Obituary of Randy West

Randy Glen. West, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, the 9th of  August  2017  He went to be with his Lord and Savior at the age of 55 years, 11 months and 5 days..

His funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 16th, 2017 at Forest Ridge Funeral Home, 705 Airport Freeway, Hurst, Texas.  Reverend Billy Parks of Davis Blvd. Baptist Church will officiate.  Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at Forest Ridge Funeral Home, Hurst.  Burial will follow the funeral at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park.

Randy was born September 4, 1961 in Fort Worth, Texas.  He was preceded in death by his beloved brother, Larry Todd West; grandparents, Ray and Edna Jones and Marion & Hattie West and Step-father, Wiley Robinson.

Randy is survived by his mother, Virginia Robinson; father and step-mother, Kenneth and Donna West; Aunts and Uncles, H.D. and Donna Ayers, and Sue Mathis; many cousins; a host of friends; and his lifelong girlfriend, Janie May, who he met at the Child Study Center in Fort Worth, Texas.

Randy loved and was loved by everyone he met.  He had a lifelong love of Jesus, and will be remembered for his weekly Prayer lists and his frequent baptisms.  Randy loved all music, especially Elvis Presley,, Johnny Cash and the Oak ridge Boys
